    THE FOLLOW DECK FORMULAS ARE FORBIDDEN TO BE USED IN AN ENTRANCE EXAM/RANK UP DUEL:

    ANY INSTANT WIN CONDITION DECKS (Exodia, FINAL Board, Final Countdown, etc.)
    ALL BURN/MILL DECKS
    ALL STALL DECKS

    MORE DECK RECIPES MAY BE ADDED BY THE LEISURE OF THE ADMINS
